Welcome to Christmas Wish Program, Inc. Our program is
run 100% by volunteers and 100% of all donations are used to
enhance the lives of homeless keiki (children) living in poverty
situations on the island of Hawai'i. Our program offers
full year-round services and help to those who live in homeless
shelters, battered women shelters, and along the shoreline in
tents, abandoned cars, or under tarps and makeshift homes.
The philosophy of our program allows the public to be involved and make a difference in the lives of homeless keiki. This is done through volunteering, sponsorships, or donations.
Through the community's involvement
we can provide these keiki with daily necessities and
wonderful holidays. Our goal is to end homelessness
on our island by building transitional housing projects
that will allow the clients to have a 27 month comprehensive
plan, education, co-op daycare services and of course
a safe and dry home in which to raise their family properly.

Please look over our web site activities, services
and events to see what we have accomplished thus far, and
how you can help our program continue to service the poverty-stricken
keiki.
Through the community's involvement we can continue
to provide these keiki with daily necessities and attain land acquisition
in order to get government grants to build this project. We currently
have community leaders and companies that are willing to help if
we can just attain land. Your donation of time and/or materials
can help this project move to the next level.
We currently have partnerships with local therapists,
and health advisors. In addition, we have contractors lined
up ready to help build housing but we need your help. |
